Happy New Year 2012!
Okay, So I’ve already broken one new year’s resolution…to post more often to my blog…You would think  I could have honored that for at least 24 hours. Well here’s one post and a painting to go with it.

For Christmas this year I thought it would be nice to honor my husband’s grandfather “Gramps”
When he past away the family saw many red cardinals that day. So from then on every time we see a cardinal we say gramps has come for a visit. I never got the privalege to meet him, but I am sure he was a wonderful man.
